Please label any bags/belongings that go with your child.

Alert staff of any allergies both at check in and when dropping off your child at their class.

If your child is currently potty-training, help our staff prepare by packing a change of clothes in case of accidents.

Please provide the check in team with your cell phone number so we can contact you if needed.

You will receive a security tag with a code that matches your child’s nametag.  You must present this tag to the volunteers when checking out your child from their classroom.

Please see a check in worker if you lose your tag or verify your identity with the classroom worker.

Separation Anxiety: This is normal! If your child hasn't adjusted within 10 minutes, we will alert you through text or with your child’s number on the screen during the service.

In case of an evacuation, please go to your child’s classroom to pick up your child.  If your child's class has already been evacuated to a different location, a volunteer worker will guide you to the evacuation area for your child's class.

To keep all children healthy, please keep your child home if the following symptoms are present:

• Temperature of 100 or higher

• Vomiting within past 24 hours

• Severe cough

• Discolored mucus

• Severe diarrhea in past 24 hours

• Pink eye, strep throat, conjunctivitis, contagious rash, etc.
