We collect only the information you specifically give to us. This generally includes family member names, phone numbers, mailing addresses and email addresses.
For any donations to the church, we are required to send donation tax forms at the end of the year. Information related to accurate tax reporting is collected for this purpose.
For our children's ministry we collect family information to ensure the safety of your children. We don't want your little ones leaving with the wrong person. We also want to ensure we can contact you in case of an emergency.
For all other purposes, we collect only the information related to you being able to communicate with the church and keep up to date on upcoming events. This is always an opt-in type of communication. If you ever want to stop receiving communication from the church, we are more than happy to remove you from any communication channels we use.
We don't share your information with anyone outside of the church. Your information may be shared with church volunteers who are running a special event at the church but are not full-time paid staff of the church.
The only exception is in specific relation to complying with applicable tax laws related to donations. This information is shared with a 3rd party accounting firm and with the IRS.
